Donna Oliphant is our highly valued and indispensable office manager. Donna answers the phones, often juggling 4 lines at a time. She relays messages to the office and shop staff, pays the bills and keeps the unruly office staff and designers in line, along with a hundred other responsibilities that arise in the course of any given day. Her expertise in initial contact with new clients and vendors paves the way for the consistently successful business relationships that are a hallmark of Herndon & Merry.
